NBBJ Partner Andy Snyder is named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2026 Power 100: Visionaries, recognizing leaders helping drive the region forward.
As the head of NBBJ's Charlotte office, Andy leads the most transformational healthcare projects in the region. He has spearheaded the nation's most ambitious prefabrication initiative at Atrium Health—a program representing 800 beds and 2.5 million square feet of healthcare space. By pioneering new ways to design and build hospitals more efficiently, his work is helping Atrium open facilities faster, create a more consistent experience for patients and staff, and save more than $100 million in construction costs across the first three hospitals alone.
