NBBJ Elevates Andy Snyder to Partner and Names Four Principals During Annual Promotions Ceremony

This year, we're honored to announce the promotion of Andy Snyder to Partner and Molly Wolf, Jessica Parrish, Monica Wangler and Kim Selby to Principal. Andy Snyder, Partner, Charlotte

With a visionary approach to healthcare design, Andy is a trusted advisor to leading institutions, guiding them in the creation of next-generation hospitals and care environments. As a healthcare market leader, Andy helps set the firm’s standard for design and delivery innovation, as evidenced through his projects with leading clients like Atrium Health, UNC Health, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Intermountain Health and UCSF.

Jessica Parrish, Principal, Columbus

With 20 years of experience, Jessica is an accomplished interior design leader who crafts uplifting, bespoke and connective environments that expand her clients’ aspirations. Having experience in both national and international markets with clients including Amazon, Atrium Health, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Google and the Gates Foundation, she brings unique design insights grounded in research, collaboration and iteration.

Kim Selby, Principal, Seattle

As a planner and urban designer, Kim specializes in community engagement, planning and design for a variety of clients and land uses. Her recent work includes campus and facility master planning, feasibility studies, regulatory analysis, space programming, pre-design planning, and consensus-building among stakeholder and community groups with clients such as UC Irvine Health Medical Center, the City of Bellevue, the Port of Everett and University of Washington.

Molly Wolf, Principal, Seattle

Dedicated to a career in healthcare architecture and master planning, Molly is a trained architect and design leader who guides clients, stakeholders and clinicians through major process improvement initiatives. She works with progressive healthcare institutions such as University of Washington Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and EvergreenHealth to implement design-build and other alternative delivery methods informed by data-driven decision making.

Monica Wangler, Principal, Columbus

Monica unites her proactive planning and field-based “boots on the ground” approach to guide clients through the planning and realization of their new environments in healthcare, as well as workplace and science. Her leading clients include Battelle, Corewell Health, ADAMH, Novant Health, and OhioHealth.
