NBBJ Announces 2023 Promotions

Each year, we pause to recognize exceptional leaders that drive innovation for clients across the globe. Today, we're honored to announce the promotion of Jay Siebenmorgen, Meghan Novak and Stacey Hooper to partner and Andrzej Czech, Christina Grimes and Jason Miller to principal. Partner: Stacey Hooper, Los Angeles

Stacey facilitates a research-based approach to design. Bringing architectural and technical leadership to projects across markets, she partners with preeminent institutions such as Cedars Sinai to Montage Health Ohana Center. She advises clients and design teams with collaboration and conviction to achieve long-lasting success.

Partner: Meghan Novak, Seattle

As Global Director of Marketing, Meghan oversees NBBJ’s firmwide marketing strategy, including creating high-level organizational objectives, annual practice plans for each of the firm’s five major practice areas, and marketing excellence programs for client-facing staff.

Design Partner: Jay Siebenmorgen, Boston

Jay is an award-winning architect who leads a diverse mix of domestic and international projects. His design approach seeks to unveil the cultural spirit of a building's context by enhancing architectural character and dialogue. His portfolio of distinguished projects includes the Massachusetts General Hospital Cambridge Street expansion project to Moderna's World Headquarters.

Principal: Andrzej Czech, Los Angeles

With a focus on creating unique sports experiences, Andrzej’s strengths in client communication, leading teams, and attention to detail bring sports architecture to life. His key projects include the Rupp Arena and Lexington Center Expansion and Renovation and the UCLA Pauley Pavilion Expansion and Renovation.

Principal: Christina Grimes

As a leader of NBBJ's global healthcare practice, Christina creates empathetically-designed healthcare facilities for diverse patient groups. In her work with clients such as Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to New York City’s Hospital for Special Surgery she also prioritizes operational, workflow and design solutions.

Principal: Jason Miller, Seattle

A versatile project architect, Jason leads teams in master planning, programming and all phases of the design and construction for commercial, institutional, higher education and civic projects. His clients include Amazon, Washington Holdings and the Judicial Council of California.
