Molly is a trained architect and design leader who has dedicated her career to healthcare architecture. With extensive experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders and clinicians on process improvement initiatives, she works with progressive healthcare institutions such as University of Washington Medical Center, EvergreenHealth and Swedish Medical Center. Molly brings a unique perspective to NBBJ’s healthcare practice from her previous role as a Construction Project Manager at Swedish Medical Center where she oversaw the design and construction of new projects. She sees each project as an opportunity to streamline the design and construction process, building upon her diverse background in design-build and other alternative delivery methods.
