A design principal in NBBJ’s Columbus studio, Andy’s work lies at the intersection of health, science and education for forward-thinking healthcare enterprises. He brings a broad understanding of how these roles intertwine in healthcare, as well as the creative thinking necessary to drive new ways of working and to create great staff and patient experiences — which is why he was named one of “40 under Forty” Emerging Leaders in Design by the Design Futures Council.
A leader in both planning and design, Andy moves seamlessly between physical planning, programming and conceptual design to help his clients envision the physical outcome of their strategic decisions. In Columbus he works closely with a team of innovators, strategists, planners and project managers that together tackle the challenges of academic medical centers and community health institutions alike. His previous clients have included Stanford, UCSF, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente and many others.
