AEG Presents
Behind every unforgettable live performance are the people who make it possible. As the company responsible for some of the world's most iconic festivals and live events, including Coachella and Stagecoach, AEG Presents celebrates the creativity, dedication and collaboration of its employees through a workplace that puts them center stage. The transformation of the company’s existing Los Angeles office captures the energy of live entertainment, using thoughtful design and creative reuse to make the most of existing resources.
Inspired by concert venues and backstage experiences, the design brings the company's culture to life through distinctive spaces, including a festival-inspired lounge with a wall installation made from festival wristbands, an immersive pitch room featuring pipe and drape reminiscent of live concert productions, and work neighborhoods named "Stage Left" and "Stage Right." Thoughtful reuse of existing materials, lighting and furnishings maximizes resources while allowing for strategic investment in memorable design elements, such as playful custom wallcoverings and murals.
Features
Developed in collaboration with NBBJ's experiential design studio, ESI, an immersive pitch room transforms traditional presentations into dynamic experiences for artists and partners. Inspired by live performance, "The Stage" combines adaptable screens, theatrical lighting and concert-inspired infrastructure to bring ideas, data and creative visions to life—turning the business of entertainment into an experience of its own.
