Two Taikoo Place: Gold Award - Best Mixed-Use Project
Two Taikoo Place, developed by Swire, which wins the top award in the “Best Mixed-Use” category, enhances community and tenant wellness through diverse public spaces and uplifting amenities. Unlike typical developments in Hong Kong, the first two levels are fully open to the public, showcasing inclusive, dynamic spaces driven by a "land, sea and air" motto. Serving as a destination for tenants and neighbors alike, Taikoo Place features an ethereal "Great Room" on the ground floor that hosts 1,400 glowing light boxes suspended from the ceiling, while co-working spaces, quieter tearooms and a two-story garden are interspersed along upper levels.
Keppel South Central: Silver Award - Best New Development
Keppel South Central, developed by Keppel Land, receives silver in the "Best New Development" category. Elevating performance and design, the project models the future of work, re-envisioning the next-generation development through restorative spaces connected to nature, fresh air and collaboration. Located at the nexus of three major neighborhoods, the design unites offices floors, sky terraces, restaurants and cafes, anchored by a public plaza shaded by an airy, sustainable canopy that serves as the social heart of the development.
