Interior Design Magazine Recognizes UCSF Connie Frank as a Best of Year Honoree
Interior Design magazine honors the UCSF Connie Frank Transplant Center as a Best of Year honoree in the healthcare category. The project, which redesigns a floor of an existing Brutalist building in San Francisco, opens up the interior to feature sweeping views, curved forms inspired by the city's blanket of fog, exposed concrete arches and a focus of craft and materiality to create a welcoming, uplifting experience. The project resulted in a savings of 25 percent.
