PLAN: Downtown addresses emerging trends such as the residential diversification of downtown, changing preferences of office tenants, and the shifting nature of retail and integration of culture in urban environments. By building on an intensive public engagement process which includes open houses, youth programs, on-street booths, web and social media presence, the plan develops a thorough understanding of the needs, forces and aspirations that will shape the future of downtown.
