Two Taikoo Place
Hong Kong
In Hong Kong’s Quarry Bay—a dense urban environment with few open spaces—Swire sought to create an alternative Central Business District that combines public access, high-quality office space, and a sense of community, all while reflecting the prestige associated with their brand. Located within a thriving hub of 10 interconnected towers, Two Taikoo Place provides a dynamic workplace experience that goes beyond the traditional office, enhancing the well-being of tenants and the community alike.
The design transitions from active indoor-outdoor spaces on the ground level, to urban amenities and co-working spaces on the main floors, to quieter executive lounges and a two-story garden above. Sculpted tower corners strike an elegant presence on the skyline, while expansive glazing maximizes daylight and frames views of Victoria Harbor and Taikoo Square. Publicly accessible lower levels and integrated pedestrian connections ensure that the building contributes to a more inclusive, engaging urban environment.
Features
Dedicated to collaboration and culture, the “Great Room" is a 6,500-square-foot zone activated by informal workplaces, unique food and beverage experiences, and a direct connection to the surrounding urban park.
