Kim Selby, AICP CUD

Kim is a planner and urban designer specializing in site analysis, planning and design for a variety of clients and land uses. She particularly enjoys helping clients identify and define the problem to be solved and then participating in a collaborative effort to understand the issues, develop a number of alternatives and ultimately, evaluate and select the most appropriate solution.

Kim has taken the lead in several projects in the Pacific Northwest region that have involved close coordination with state and municipal agencies in order to achieve successful resolution. Recent work includes campus and facility master planning, feasibility studies, regulatory analysis, space programming, pre-design planning and building consensus among stakeholder and community groups.
