Debi McDonald is an architect and planner who has spent the past 25 years working in higher education design. She has partnered with numerous institutions including Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, Tufts, Brandeis, Vassar, Boston University and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her expertise encompasses a variety of typologies, including master plans, residence halls, administrative offices, research buildings, engineering facilities and libraries.
Debi has an active and collaborative style of client engagement. She is passionate about educating the next generation of leaders. She has taught students at the Boston Architectural Center, Catholic University, Northeastern University, Notre Dame, Syracuse University and Suffolk University. She was also the first woman to win the prestigious Rotch Traveling Scholarship which funded a year of independent architecture study and travel throughout Europe.
