NBBJ and the University of Manchester have revealed plans for the Henry Royce Institute, a building that will focus on materials science research. BD and Insider West featured stories on this project, which will be the tallest at the University of Manchester and house over 500 scientists. The project will also include a 10-meter-high ground floor entrance, flexible labs and offices, lounges and views to the outdoors. The project is expected to open in 2019 and cost of £235 million.
