For the Shanghai Proceedings of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, NBBJ Partner and CTBUH Chairman Tim Johnson co-authored a paper on the issues facing China’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and their ability to meet the needs of urban migration. Together with the Director of Eton Properties Chi Ming Cheung, Tim considers the role of tall buildings in China’s urban development and looks specifically at three projects designed by NBBJ for Eton Properties in Xiamen, Shenyang and Dalian.
