Tim Johnson Participates in World Economic Forum on East Asia

Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, June 5-7, 2013

The World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Myanmar is the first multi-stakeholder gathering of international leaders and decision-makers to be held in the country. In 2014, Myanmar will assume chairmanship of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), an organization charged with promoting and accelerating the economic, social and political growth of the region.

In April 2013, NBBJ was selected by the WEF to join its Community of Global Growth Companies, a group of more than 350 rapidly growing multinational companies that are reshaping the global economic landscape. NBBJ Partner and Chair of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, Tim Johnson, joins the group to discuss the future of development and economic growth in Southeast Asia.
